SBS cardboard bakery box with two-sided printing

We produced a self-assembly bakery box of 190×90×75 mm from dense SBS cellulose board, 325 g/m². The packaging combines a minimalist exterior design with full-colour printing on the inside — the box works for the brand not only on the outside but also at the moment of opening.

A special feature of this order was the strict requirement for odour neutrality. Bakery packaging must smell of nothing but the product itself, so the box is printed with food-safe, odour-neutral inks, and the inner surface is sealed with a full glossy dispersion varnish that isolates the ink layer from the contents. The front side is covered with matte lamination: it gives the box a velvety texture and protects it from scuffs, moisture and grease stains.

The structure assembles without glue and is delivered flat — this saves storage space and lets boxes be assembled as needed right at the point of sale. Die-cutting was done with an individual die developed for this product, including a neat finger cut-out for easy opening.

This structure was developed individually for the product. At the same time, our clients have access to a library of more than 3,000 ready cutting dies: you can pick a suitable shape and size from the existing base and save on tooling.
