Cardboard box 250×150×70 mm with Pantone printing and matte lamination

The Pergament printing house (Chisinau) produced a cardboard box sized 250×150×70 mm — a versatile packaging format for confectionery, gifts and medium-sized sets. The box is made of GC1 cellulose board with a density of 275 g/m² and a coated front side, which gives the structure rigidity and ensures high-quality offset printing.

The box is printed offset in 1+1 colours: the front side in the spot colour Pantone P484C, the reverse in black ink. Pantone printing is the best choice for branded packaging when an exact match to the corporate colour across the entire run is essential.

The front side is protected with one-sided matte lamination: it gives the packaging a restrained, velvety surface, deepens the colour and protects the print from abrasion and moisture. A small investment in finishing noticeably increases the perceived value of the packaging — a product in such a box looks more expensive and refined.

The structure of the box was selected from the printing house’s library of more than 3,000 ready cutting dies: the customer saved on developing and manufacturing a new die by choosing a proven structure of the required size.
