Slider box for brownies with an insert, 240×110×42 mm
Pergament printing house (Chișinău) produced a 240×110×42 mm slider box for a set of five brownies. It is a three-part construction: an outer sleeve, a sliding tray and an insert on which the desserts are placed. The box opens with a smooth sliding motion, and on the inner side of the tray the customer is greeted by the brand’s message — a small detail that turns opening the packaging into part of the product experience.
The construction was developed individually: a dedicated cutting die was made for it. If a standard shape suits your project, it can be chosen from our library of more than 3,000 ready-made cutting dies of various constructions and sizes — this saves the cost of producing a new tool. For non-standard tasks we design packaging from scratch.
The box is made of coated cellulose board with a density of 290 g/m²: it keeps its shape through repeated opening and ensures accurate colour reproduction. Printing is offset, full colour: the front is occupied by a large photo of a brownie, while the side faces carry product information, so the packaging is fully ready for the retail shelf.
Special attention in this order was paid to finishing. The entire surface is covered with matte lamination, and on top of it a spot gloss UV varnish is applied to the dessert photo and the logo. The contrast between the matte background and the glossy accents makes the image of the cream look vivid and appetizing, and the packaging pleasant to the touch: the logo can literally be felt under the fingers. It is post-press finishing that most often separates a plain box from premium-level packaging, and in the dessert category this investment consistently works for brand perception.
Assembly is automated: the sleeve and the tray are glued on an automatic line, which guarantees stable geometry across the entire run. If you need a slider box, packaging for brownies and pastries, or other cardboard packaging for confectionery, Pergament performs the full cycle: construction development, cutting die production, offset printing, lamination, spot UV varnishing and gluing.
