Lid-and-base box with insert for catering, 425×335×77 mm
Premium packaging produced for a catering company — a lid-and-base box with an inner insert tray. The construction consists of three elements: a rigid base and lid made of 315 g/m² cardboard, and an insert made of coated cardboard with a polyethylene layer. The PE layer creates a barrier against moisture and grease, while the insert keeps the contents in place and preserves a neat presentation during delivery.
The box is offset printed in two Pantone spot colors, including bronze. The finishing is a full premium set: matte lamination, spot UV varnish, gold foil stamping and embossing. The matte texture, golden accents and raised relief create a sense of premium service from the very first touch of the box.
The box is assembled on an automatic folder-gluer line, which guarantees consistent quality throughout the entire run.
This box is a custom multi-part construction developed for the client’s specific task. At the same time, our clients have access to a library of more than 3,000 ready-made cutting dies: you can choose a suitable shape and size from the existing base and save on tooling — or order the development of a completely new construction of any complexity.
