What is the minimum order quantity for boxes and packaging?
The minimum run depends on the product type and printing method. Tell our manager what packaging you need and the approximate quantity — we will find the best option for your budget.
How long does it take to produce an order?
We start processing your order in as little as 30 minutes; production time depends on the run size and finishing complexity. Your manager will confirm the exact schedule once the artwork is approved.
Can I order without a ready design?
Yes. Our designers will develop the artwork from scratch — from the concept and box structure to layout and prepress. Just tell us about your product and the style you have in mind.
What printing options do you offer?
We do full-colour printing, including odour-free food-grade inks. Finishing options include foil stamping, lamination and special coatings — we will select the right combination for your product.
What materials are the boxes made of?
We use dense binder’s board (high strength and a smooth surface) as well as coated white and kraft cardboard. The surface can be PE-coated, matte or uncoated.
Is the packaging suitable for food?
Yes. We use food-safe inks that remain odour-free when heated and a BIO-PE coating resistant to grease and moisture — safe for food, including hot and frozen products.
Do you make packaging for cosmetics?
Yes, it is one of our key specialities — rigid VIP boxes for cosmetics and perfumery with premium finishing tailored to your brand.
Can I order multi-page printing such as books, catalogues and magazines?
Yes. We print glossy magazines, books, catalogues and brochures, and we can also help with editing, design and layout during preparation.
Do you produce advertising materials and brand identity items?
Yes — flyers, brochures, posters, POS materials, business cards, notebooks, calendars, stickers and labels. We can design everything in a single brand style.
Can I see samples before ordering?
Yes, we will show you samples of finished products and materials, and the artwork is approved before the print run. Arrange a convenient option with your manager — a meeting, photos or a sample.
Do you deliver across Moldova and to Romania / the EU?
We arrange delivery across Chisinau and Moldova. Shipping to Romania and the EU is discussed individually depending on volume and timing — ask your manager about terms and cost.
How much does packaging or printing cost?
The price depends on the run size, dimensions, material and finishing, so every quote is individual. Describe your project to a manager and you will receive an exact calculation.
How does payment work?
We work with both individuals and companies; payment terms are agreed with your manager. For businesses, contracts and bank transfer are available.
Do you work with wholesale and B2B?
Yes, we regularly work with restaurants, cosmetics and food brands, clothing stores and publishers. Better terms are available for large runs.
What quality guarantees do you provide?
We use modern equipment and control every stage, guaranteeing product quality 100%. You approve the artwork before the run so the result never disappoints.
Can you make packaging in a non-standard shape or size?
Yes, we produce boxes of any shape and size for your product — from mini packaging for jewellery to large presentation boxes. Our designers will develop the structure.
How do I place an order?
Message us on Telegram (@pergament_md) or Viber, call +373 790 444 17, or leave a request on the website. A manager will clarify the details, help with the artwork and calculate your order.
Do you use eco-friendly materials?
Yes, our cardboard is recyclable and biodegradable, and the food-grade coatings are safe. This is convenient for brands that care about sustainable packaging.
Will a repeat run be exactly the same as the first one?
Yes. Every order gets a full technological passport in the PSystem production management system: materials, settings and operations are recorded, so a repeat run is reproduced identically to the first. This is especially important for cosmetics, wine and pharmaceuticals.
Do I have to pay for a cutting die?
Not always. Our library holds over 3,000 ready cutting dies: if your box fits an existing structure, no new die is needed — you save both money and time. A die is made only for a non-standard structure.
What is the “prototype in 30 minutes”?
It is a physical sample of your future box structure that we cut on a plotter in about 30 minutes. You hold the box in your hands, fit your product inside and approve the dimensions before the die is made and the run starts.
Do you make boxes with a transparent window?
Yes, on a fully automatic PE-window patching machine — the only one in Moldova, running at up to 10,000 boxes per hour. A window adds just 2–5% to the box cost, and your product becomes visible right on the shelf.
Do you produce rigid gift boxes from binder’s board?
Yes, including lid-and-base designs, boxes with magnetic closures and inserts. Premium lid-and-base boxes are assembled on an automatic line, so the geometry is identical across the whole run. This packaging suits wine and divin, cosmetics, jewellery and gift sets.
Do you make packaging for wine, divin and other drinks?
Yes: rigid gift boxes, laminated constructions, foil stamping and embossing. Thanks to the order’s technological passport in PSystem, the next batch of packaging will be exactly the same as the previous one.
What is lamination onto rigid board (mounting)?
It is gluing a printed sheet onto a rigid base — binder’s board or micro-corrugated cardboard. The box gains stiffness and a premium monolithic look at a reasonable price.
Do you offer foil stamping and spot UV varnish?
Yes: an automated metallic foil stamping machine and a spot UV unit with UV drying. Die and setup costs are one-off, so on medium and large runs the finishing adds only a few percent to the unit price.
Can you store the finished run and release it in batches?
Yes: we store your run in our warehouse and ship it in batches on a convenient schedule. This lets you order a larger run at a lower unit price without occupying your own storage.
In what format should I send the artwork?
Preferably PDF: fonts converted to curves, CMYK images at 300 dpi, 2–5 mm bleeds, with the die-cut contour and finishing elements on separate layers. The full list is on the Layouts requirements page; every incoming file is checked by our prepress specialists.
Do you work with exporters — is the packaging suitable for EU shelves?
Yes, our clients ship products in Pergament packaging to EU markets, primarily Romania. We produce European-quality packaging and help select materials and structures to meet your retail chain’s requirements.
When should I order Christmas and seasonal packaging?
In advance: December is our busiest production month. Gift and Christmas runs are best placed in September–October — then we can guarantee timing and comfortably produce samples.
